Conditions for being a Countrywide Express Franchisee :

| 1.
|
You
must pay a Security Deposit of Rs.7500/-. This is interest free and refundable. You must also pay one
time Franchisee Fee of Rs. 2500/-.
|
|
|
| 2. |
You
must posses centrally located office in a commercial area equipped
with telephone.
|
|
|
| 3. |
You
will be expected to market our services aggressively in the market
to procure business.
|
|
|
| 4. |
You
will assign one person to collect packets from nearest Countrywide office
in the morning for delivery in your area. You must make sure that
all deliveries in your area are made within 3 hours of receiving the
load. |
|
|
| 5. |
You
will send all the booked packets to the nearest Countrywide office
at your
own cost. We will deliver your documents / parcels in all our serviceable
stations throughout India and abroad at nominal rates ( as per enclosed
transhipment charges schedule) depending on the mode of despatch and
weight of packet.

|
| 6. |
The
difference between what you charge from the clients and what you pay
to us is all yours. You will be free to charge any rate from your
clients except in the case of centralized contracts. |
|
|
| 7. |
We
will provide all necessary stationary, so that you can start the
business right away without wasting any time and with minimal
expenses. |
|
|
| 8. |
Encash
your Contacts : You will earn commission on any client reference
given by you, which results in business to Countrywide. We will
pickup packets directly from the party. You will keep earning the
commission without any active involvement month after month. |
